Move the blue cross block (4) upwards into the top-left quadrant, which frees up the central vertical corridor and allows the black block (2) to slide down.

Step 3

Slide the blue cross block (4) to the far left, clearing the right-side vertical path so the pink block (1) and purple block (2) can slide down into their respective target zones.
