Step 1

Cut the rope of the yellow cat in the top right corner, dropping it onto the brown block to clear the upper right space.

Step 2

Cut the rope of the purple cat at the top center, dropping it onto the blue block below to set up the final clearing sequence.

Step 3

Slide the purple L-shaped block on the bottom row to the left, which opens up the path for multiple cats (white, blue, purple, black, orange, pink) to fall sequentially into their matching colored portals.
