Step 1

Slide the grey 2-block in the lower-middle section to the right, allowing the brown L-shaped block to drop down and opening up space in the center.

Step 2

Slide the green T-shaped block on the left to the left, creating a gap that allows the blue L-shaped block to slide down and clears the path for the yellow cross block.

Step 3

Slide the grey 2-block in the middle to the right, allowing the yellow cross block to drop down and triggering a sequence that guides the remaining cats into their target zones.
