Difficulty Analysis

The main challenge is systematically reducing the ice block's counter while carefully routing each colored cat block into its matching portal without blocking subsequent moves.

Step 1

Slide the yellow block to the right to hit the ice block, reducing its counter to 3 and opening up space in the upper-left area.

Step 2

Slide the green block down into the green portal at the bottom right, clearing the lower section of the board.

Slide the pink block into the pink portal on the right wall, clearing the path for the remaining yellow and purple blocks to reach their respective portals.
